This is the recurring subscription fee charged by DistillNow for access to the SaaS platform and its features.
This is a variable fee based on the usage of communication channels including Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Push Notifications, or App Download Services. This fee is directly linked to the volume and type of outbound communications you choose on the platform.

To ensure customer satisfaction, DistillNow offers a 30-day free trial edition for first-time users. During this period, you can explore and evaluate the platform without any financial commitment.
As a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform with pay-as-you-use features, we do not offer refunds on any payments made towards Platform Fees or Sending Fees.
All billing details are clearly outlined in your account dashboard. We encourage you to review your plan and consumption before confirming any payment.
You can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future billing, but no partial or full refunds will be processed for any prior payments.
